Detection and Rejection: Packaging machines may be equipped with sensor systems to detect any abnormal pouches such as missing closures, abnormal weight, or foreign objects. These bags are automatically rejected or processed to ensure product quality.
Conveying and discharging: The completed packaging bags are moved to the next workstation or discharge area through conveyor belts or other mechanical devices, ready for further processing or transportation.
Ice packing machines are usually highly automated, can operate at high speeds, and have the ability to adapt to the needs of different specifications and sizes of packaging bags. They may also be equipped with control systems to monitor and adjust parameters in the packaging process to ensure consistent packaging quality.
